At Spot-Dec Ltd., we strive to guarantee customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your order, we offer a return or exchange option within 14 working days.
For unopened packages, we provide a full refund, while for products damaged during shipping, we offer an exchange.
To make a return:
- Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn] for a full refund.
- Items must still be [in their original packaging with all tags attached], for a refund if the product was damaged during shipping.
- Items must not show signs of wear.
- You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or sale items. We also cannot accept returns of:
- If the Spot-Dec device does not fit your spotlight. This is attributed to customers having the opportunity to assess the size of the device and determine its compatibility before making a purchase on our website or the packaging (if purchased in a store).
